Sri Lanka's polluted environment 🌍

Environmental pollution in Sri Lanka has become a very important problem today. There are three main forms of pollution: air pollution, water pollution and land pollution. Population growth, industrialization and unorganized human activities are the main reasons for this.

Air pollution is often caused by vehicle exhaust, gases emitted from factories and burning of garbage. This harms human health.

Water pollution is caused by the discharge of garbage, chemicals and waste into rivers, lakes and seas. Such pollution is harmful to aquatic life and humans.

Land pollution is caused by improper disposal of garbage, increased use of plastic and deforestation. This disrupts the natural balance of the environment.

As solutions to these problems, it is important for us to dispose of garbage properly, reduce the use of plastic, protect forests and be aware of the environment.
